Last week, I was honored to read alongside some great poets last week in Indianapolis for the Soft River Reading Series, curated and produced by my friend and longtime writing buddy, Wendy Lee Spacek.
Jason and I had a fantastic day in Indy - went to the Indianapolis Museum of Art, ate (twice!) at Bluebeard. And the reading was the cherry on top. An excellent lineup, great turnout, and very kind and welcoming crowd. And it happened in a cool little shop called General Public Collective. I haven't done a reading in too long, so this was a great way to break back in. I'm feeling inspired and ready to share my words more again! More to come!
